If possible, I would get them into a regular pot. It looks pretty beat up. They need to be outdoors, so I would slowly accumulate it to full sun as to not burn it. Be sure to keep the media moist, as it also looks a bit wilted.

That plant still has plenty of life in it if it gets proper care. Unfortunately, that plastic bottle bottom is unsuitable for it.

Something much better but equally inexpensive would be a styrofoam cup to use as a pot.
