My Venus Fly Trap is getting FULL SUN, 8 hours a day. And the tips start dying off from top to bottom, even before the traps start opening? So I put it under artificial lights witch is definitely not enough light for them. I thought venus fly traps need FULL SUN? (The species is maroon monster). Also its very hot in the Greenhouse, over 30°C.

30c is mild for flytraps, they should grow great at that temp. If the plant was in low to no light conditions for some time like at a store it will have to be slowly accumulated back to full sun.

36-37c is a adv summer day where they grow it can spike to 43 when its hot but not long term

the way i accumulate my some of my succulents every spring is by placing them under shade where they get around 2 hours of direct sunlight. every 3 to 4 days just slide the pots toward the sun where it will get 2 more hours of light.

If you have already burned off all growth just leave it in full sun the damage is done.

It should come back next growing season, if it's not already the growing season for you.
