Greetings from "the bay area" - a.k.a.: San Francisco!

I'm a VFT groupie and after much research, I have decided to take the plunge and promote myself to carnivorous parent. I'm currently attempting to decide which beauty strikes my fancy - Trev's Dracula, Gigantea, Bimbo, Vitiligo, or Alien. (I'm in love with them all!)

If anyone has advice, thoughts, stories or recommendations for a novice VFT "parent", please feel free to share. I'm a sponge and thirsty for knowldege!

Thank you in advance,
Nosferatu

Sounds cool. I don't own any of those cultivars, but I do know that the alien cultivar's traps are so elongated that they don't close as well. So take that into account if you care a lot about the plant's insect catching ability.
