A few weeks ago, someone asked how you know when to harvest flytrap seeds. When they look like this they are ready. Have to wait until each flower ripens to harvest more.

That's a nice photo example.
The bottom right is the ideal picking stage, while if you wait till the middle flower with the seeds exposed, they can get lost when the pod opens.
You can cut off the flower pod on the bottom right and put it in a paper envelope for a week or so and when totally dry they will just fall out. and if you don't pull the seeds out of the pod, you are less likely to damage any or pull them out prematurely.
