What is the recommended watts for LED grow lights for carnivorous plants because I could not find a result online

I use a Mars Hydro 300, 127 Watts AC Power, which covers a 24 by 24 inch area at a height of 24 inches.

I have a couple 225 LED lights which pull about 45 Watts AC, covering about one square foot at a height of 6 inches.

I also have some 48 inch T8 LED (fluorescent replacement) 2 tube fixtures, using 44 Watts AC total, covering 1 foot by 4 foot at a height of 6 inches.

I match the local sunrise/sunset times for photoperiod control, using a Raspberry Pi.

Works well enough for me, colors up my Drosera adequately.

Just found the light that fitted the requirements for a cheap price.

If you're using standard lightbulbs, then you need minimum 5000 Kelvin, 1500 lumen lights. I don't base mine off watt, but instead those criteria. Oh, use led because cfls give too much heat. These lightbulbs weren't with the regular lightbulbs at Walmart, but instead down the aisle. Now if you can get higher than those numbers, better.

Are those yescom 225 LEDs or a different one? What color?

What advantages have you found with matching local sunrise/sunset times (as opposed to using a fixed timer)?

How are you interfacing the raspberry pi with the lights?
