Why you do TC without such a fundamental knowledge?

A man who always posts "What media?" "How to sterilize?"are never read Tissue Culture FAQ?
Matt and past posts authors written very useful TC knowledge.
The media for CP has nothing big changed from this 20years.
Whatever you use Gellan gum or ager is not a matter.
Also the way of sterilization,introduce TC from explant is most difficult way on today.

Those who never study by themselves never get successful TC.
