When looking to see if there's new growth, becareful not to touch moss bulbs or you'll get shot in the face with the seeds. A lot of spore like seeds. On a side note are there any pros and cons to having star moss in your plants? I've been thinking about transplanting my sarrs (their roots are poking out) and then covering the pot with the moss seeds. Will it hurt help or make no difference?

They will fight your sarrs for resources like space and water.
