So I am new to fly traps and I’ve had this one for about 6 months. Recently I’ve noticed that the traps have been starting to turn black as soon as they are grown to a normal size. When I looked closer there are these tiny white oval shaped bugs that stick to the plant. I’ve been just scraping them off. Is there anything else I can do and does anyone know what is actually wrong

photos? aphids can do it neem oil based spray easy to clean up if so.

I will put a photo later today I scraped them all off but they should be back on
