Purchased some D. trinvervia seed from a commercial vendor and planted them more than a month ago, but seeing no germination yet. I have no experience with this species. Anybody out there have experience growing these from seed? I know that they are winter growers and thought it would be Ok to sow the seed late summer here but not sure. I have admirabilis from the same vendor, planted at the same time, that have produced plants about 1/8" now so think the seed was likely OK. Looking for advice.
Thanks

I decided to give up on the trinvervia, set them aside in the nursery tray and did not pay attention to them. Checked them on a whim tonight and found about 5 of 1/4" plants. They must be fast growers to reach that size in the few weeks I had ignored them. Thanks numbulan for advising patience, You were spot on.

yes, I hear that they can be a bit challenging but they are doing nicely so far in my conditions. I'll try some tender loving benign neglect with them.
