Placed an order with southbay traps last week and can't seem to get in touch with them to check on shipping. No tracking number listed in their order on line. Can't contact them using their email contact information.

Called the toll free number and left a message. Called their regular number and left a message. No call back or response to anything!!

Have I been scammed or what. Should I contact paypal and start a file and try to get my money back?

Maybe I missed something but which US-based carnivorous plant store?

Looks like management has automatically changed the mane of the store to US-based etc. This company So. bay and trap maybe that will go thru.

They're notoriously unreliable. Many people have had the same experience as you.

ah yeah I've heard nothing but bad things about them ;x
