My name is Amey and I live north of Houston in Texas. I just got my first vft a few weeks ago and I’ve become increasingly interested in carnivorous plants. I have a young B52 that I’ve named Ozzy, and just won some seeds on a giveaway on here. I’d really like to get a sundew next. I am excited to be on this forum and learn all that I can from you guys.

Welcome!

I'm a newbie here too, and it becomes quite addicting! I'd try a couple different easy to care for CPs and see what you enjoy best.

Welcome to the Forum.
There are a few Texas CP growers that are active in this group.
Try posting something like "Looking for a Sundew, near Houston Texas" (In the USA Sales, Trades, and Wants-Forum). Someone might offer you a fair deal on a nice beginner's Sundew.

Good growing,
Mike

Thanks. I’m currently doing some research to determine which to add next.

And that’s a great idea, I will look into other growers in my area!
