I have a zoo med hygrotherm to control the humidity and heat and am planning to buy a reptifogger. I am using a terrarium (10 gallon, but probably going to move to a 50 or 30 soon), and use a hydrofarm grow light with a 4000K and 6500K bulb. My nepenthes are doing amazingly well but I would really like a nighttime drop anyway ha ha ha, just in case they want it. I just got my shipping conformation for that early order of petflytraps bornero exotics and expect 9 new nepenthes in a few days. My current plants are happy in their 10 gallon, but I'm out of room in there, its going to be hard to cram that many in, I expect I'll be switching to that 30-50 gallon sooner than I wanted, in which case I definitively want to set up some time of nighttime drop. What can I use to achieve this, are there any good, small fans that are price effective? I could use two fans? My other concern is that the fans mess up my nighttime humidity. I could use reusable ice blocks, but I'm fairly positive I can't hook up the hygrotherm to ice.

Just from a fish guys point of view. I would go with the 50. It's 36x18x18 apossed to the 30 at 36x12x28 just my two cents

Ha ha ha, a fellow aquarist, what do you keep? And yeah, the 50 is longer, but I found out I don't have room for it. TBH my biggest problem with the 30 is it currently houses my dwarf indian mudskipper and mangroves.
