My plant has grown a tall flower stem in the center of the plant, the traps seem healthy, but I am curious about a few things...
Should I feed my plant while it is flowering or will this take energy from the flower? Also, I am curious about pollinating my plant when it flowers. What is the best recommended method for pollinating a vft?

Any advice is appreciated

I've used a small paintbrush, and I've let the bees do their job. Both ways are effective. Best of luck with your efforts to set seed.
