Thank you! If I have too many plant seedlings, can I trade them? I know the rules say no selling or trading seeds, but I was wondering if that applies to the plants from the seed.

Good question.
If you get too many seedlings, it's fine to trade away the excess.
Consider growing them to maturity before you trade them, they're easier to handle and they mature quickly.
Consider having a giveaway with at least one of the plants.
That fits into the "Pay It Forward" philosophy I encourage for the Seed Bank.
