So my little guy "Spike" (which is ironic cause he isn't very spikey) is fiiiiinally after months and months of love getting better from living at Wal-Mart and making tiny traps. But they're kind of weird shaped I guess? my other three fly traps make traps like regular typicals, but his are weird shaped. Is he special? Or just a weirdo?

I know he is maturing and finally becoming a full fledged fly trap, but I'm curious why he's shaped weird.

You can still see his long skinny leaves from back when he was sad and little from not enough light ;__;

Hmmm, tiny traps on fat leaves are usually a sign that it's still not getting enough light.

Hmmm. Well he's under the same T5 as my other typicals.

However, I do have another T5 arriving in the mail tomorrow. He's my only plant who's finicky. :/
All of my Wal-Mart traps have been recovering from that aweful place though too
