So I got some p Stipticus glow in the dark mushrooms awhile back. I've been growing them for awhile, so I decided to make some slants.



Not quite tissue culture or CP's but it's part of my collection and wanted to share

PDA medium? Place them on wood medium when mycelium grow much and see if mushrooms would pop up.

Oh these are clone tissue from fruits I already had, and no it's not pda, this strain doesn't like pda so it's on a blend of refined agar and Corn dextrose actually.

I took samples from those fruits then made slants with them.
I plan to make more and even to trade off some of them.

I made a bunch because I'm still sorta new at making slants I've made quite a few successful plates this was my first time with tubes tho.

I collect all different types of plants and things like that from cacti to carnivorous plants even a tarantula. I planned to offer some up for trade so that I can increase my collection and also make this a little easier for people to get their hands on as this species is a bit pricey.

I used to isolate fungy strains out of cordyceps gracilis,cordyceps robertsii. I love mushrooms cultivation but they are technically far complicated than plant tissue culture.Mushroom cultivation is very rewarding,keep going!

Wicked, I agree fungus are awesome. I'm looking to expand my carnivorous plant collection atm not as much focused on my mushroom collection more just made them because one person requested one so I made a bunch now I have extras aha. I've been focusing on getting more CP's then anything else havnt had much luck tho aha
