I am not a scientist but I love to experiment with different growing methods especially when they are successful
(That larger seedling looks like he is stretching after just waking up from a nap.. )

Last week.. YES, I said last week...
I started these temperate D.Linearis seeds. NO cold stratification. I am breaking dormancy in temperate seeds by soaking them overnight in a GA3 solution of 500ppm. So far my results look promising. Complete and very good information can be found here if you are interested in trying this method at home.

It works with pinguicula vulgaris seeds too. I started these a week ago using the 500 ppm GA3 solution..

Do you think this would work on Byblis seeds to get them to germinate?
