1530 lumens is a little low for light output. I bought some 48" T8 LED fluorescent tube replacements and they are 3000 lumens each. They work with or without a ballast. I use 2 of them in an old fixture and my plants are OK with them. The color temp is 6500 but the plants are not complaining.

Looking at your link, it seems these are primarily designed to make supermarket meat look appealing.

Just my two cents worth.

Good growing,
Mike

They don't specify the frequencies that plants absorb because no company that sells "growlights" actually knows, and for the most part, we are still learning more about the photosynthetic process. I just try to mimic the wavelengths put out by the sun (so basically, try to have a mix of lights that range bewteen 3500k and 6500k).
