Dormancy is when your plants leaves die to save up energy for spring. I think your plants didn't live with proper dormancy. I assume you didn't let it in the cold? I'm not saying that you have to get it really cold but it should not be warm. I don't think your plant should look green at the moment as it is not spring yet.

sipecsus, welcome to flytrapcare!

Lily did a good job of answering your question.

Flytraps require 3-4 months of winter dormancy triggered by cold temperatures (below 50°F or 10°C) and shorter daylight hours. While in dormancy they are concentrating on storing energy for the rhizome(white bulb) and your plant will grow slow with deformed traps.
When Springs arrives, your plant will put out beautiful new traps because of the energy stored in the rhizome.

I hope this helps and please ask if you need more information.

Well, it sort of depends on how cold the temperature is. How much is it? I think it you most can likely leave it outside but it still depends.

if its below freezing then cover them with black plastic or mulch to protect them from frost burn.. like i said they can tolerate freezing temps only for a short while..but to be safe always protect your plant.. an never let the soil dry out
