Haha, well I went into the lowes I bought a Scarlet Belle pitcher plant in.
Now I went in and BAM

11 dormant pitcher plant AND vfts!
For 11 dollars.
(They are encase in moist plastic bag with aeration.)

My question is

Would you guys bring them out ? Or give them a "possible double dormancy"¿

It's a great find but I have bought these kits often and mostly the VFTs germinate but the pitcher plants don't. So for that price, you can be glad if one or two of the bare roots grow, but the others may or may not come up.

However, it was also finding $1 VFTs at Lowes that got me into carnivorous plants, so it's a great way to get more.

I would get them planted and let them grow if they're ready to. Even in dormant state, a VFT can still has leaves, it doesn't go bare root. If it doesn't get a full dormancy this year (it will still get partial), it can get it the following year. You just don't want them to skip too many years with no dormancy.
