First time macro trying ..

Did test some macro for funn its a VFT Giant big mouth I think it is dont know for sure ): I have forgot hehe..
Its layed in some live sphagnum and in 100% humidity for some weeks and its the first time i get a sprout on
the leaf at that place or part.

very cool.
I thought a leaf had to be in a tissue culture to bud. What casues a plant to bud, and does the plant have to be dead?
