That's why I soak the crap out of older seeds lol...

And question...since this is my first time using a seedling mat, do I need to vent the saran wrap at the end to keep too much heat from building up? The saran wrap already has holes poked in it...

I don't poke holes in the cover, because I had a problem with fungus knats. But I do take the cover off once a day to give them fresh air. I also only have the heating mat turned on with the lights. Both on a timer. I run 14 hours on and 10 off. So at night everything cools a little like simulating day and night conditions. I'm basically just winging it and it seems to be working.. :D
