Just wanted to show u some photos of my bioluminescent mushrooms :)
Made with a panasonic compact camera with 60 sec shutter time, the bright parts is the fruit body (actual mushroom), and the less glowing stuff around it is the mycellium

I got a 10liter bag of sawdust ready to infect, as soon as thats growing ill start selling some :)

Panellus stipticus.
I believe the European variety does not show bio luminescence, so this has to be the north american kind.

Thanks for the info. I know a bit about fungus but i've never heard of this one. There also seem to be some papers out there where they studied how growth conditions affect the level of bioluminescence in P. stipticus. Might be worth a look, maybe they could glow even more.

Yes, they were interresting, i even tried to get my hands on the liquid medium (add some agar and u got a glowcake :D )

Since then i have been growing them in complete darkness and they seem to like that
