Weird seedling

I was looking through my batch of seedlings and noticed that some sort of stalk was growing out of one. It doesn't look like a typical flower stalk and it has a little leaf growing from it. Does anybody know what it is? Also, an update on the white flytrap seedling as it's first trap is almost fully formed :)

It's hard to say with such a small plant, but it looks similar to what I sometimes see on larger plants when they make a mass of tissue that's not identifiable just as they emerge from dormancy and begin to put out their spring growth.

It looks almost the same as the one in the picture right now (2nd picture), it's a really slow grower. But I can only imagine what it will look like grown up, I have high hopes for the little guy!
