So I was looking at my Justina Davis and found these strange looking traps. They look like the "fuzzy arms" but this was on the traps instead.

Look at the little guy in the middle, so round. Looks like something from Super Mario brothers lol :lol:

I am wondering is this a mutation or some kind of sickness?

Those are most likely just mutations and shouldn't be a problem unless the flytrap is constantly making traps like that :)

If the plant stayed healthy and consistently mutated traps like that, what name would you go with for a cultivar?

Throw some ideas around...
I'll start: "Lumberjack" - because it looks like it has a lumberjack's facial hair under the chin.

I've had several leaves developing with a texture like that but not the traps. That's a weird one.
