How do you mix Maxsea ?

Does anyone know how much Maxsea 16-1-6-16 you should mix in a gallon of water for use on Venus Flytraps ? I had directions but somehow lost them.

1 tsp MaxSea 16-16-16 per 1 gallon of water (1/4 strength), as a foliar spray.
