I just finished planting my first sundew seeds ever!!! :D
The seeds are those of Drosera Intermidia and Drosera Dielsiana(Ruby Slipper)
I have no idea how Steve and Matt can actually count 50 seeds per tube they're so small, too me it looked like 300
In any case I hope I did a good job I guess only time will tell... :?
I'll upload a picture later of the container I used.

Germination was a good couple of weeks.
about the watering. I didn't use to water so much, but as soon as I started to they all started growing like crazy...
what harm can come from it?

lol' not as common with sundews (root rot) they actually like a wetter media, ive seen pics of them water logged in the wild! so i wouldnt be worried about root rot with Drosera, ive even seen them growing together in the same pot with Utrics!

Hehehe, i flood mine rather than water them
Also, i prefer wetter media as when i blow my Capensis seeds it provides a good germination enviroment no matter what pot they land on :D

Thanks guys, that's what I've heard and noticed too. the air here is very dry and the top of the soil dries very fast that's why I use to keep them so wet, now that I've stopped the don't as dewy and happy as before.
