"Toothed" Petioles are common among the many VFTs I own; especially in the case of younger plants. Big Mouths and Vigorous are just 2 cultivars which often manifest petiole teeth when they are younger.

The question is, are there cultivars which express this feature year round, life long? Not to my knowledge, but it doesn't seem impossible.

As Stratofortress mentioned, this can happen on a variety of Venus Flytraps at various times. Venus Flytraps often produce anomalous growth of various sorts, including double traps, masses of seemingly undifferentiated tissue, trapless leaves, and petioles that have what look like rudimentary marginal spines like the traps. It's all part of the wild, wacky, weird, wonderful world of Venus Flytraps! :)
