Next step for my pitcher seedlings

I got some seeds from a friend and gave it a try at germination. It worked and now I'm sure they are growing in less than ideal conditions. Can you point me in the right direction as to how I can keep these seedlings happy and healthy?

Currently in a cup growing on sphagnum.

It looks as though everything is perfect for those little seedlings,though you may want to up the light level a bit.Other than more light,great setup!
