I've been reading how to grow from seed and have all the necessary items to start growing. Looking for a beginner plant that might tolerate my black thumb, which is best to start with?

Drosera capensis was my first seed grown CP. I put them through a RANGE of less than ideal conditions and they are doing amazing.

Plenty of people here will tell you their accounts of D. capensis perseverance!

To order seed from the Seed Bank, post a new thread in the Seed Bank forum.
Title it, "nycredneck requests Drosera capensis" or whatever species you're requesting.
The Seed Bank manager (me) will acknowledge your order, give it a number, and PM you with a mailing address for your SASE.
