My vtf seems to have produced a baby growing on top of him it's so tiny, I'm thinking leave it there for awhile? I have lost a couple leaves because a couple where stuck under some bigger traps and were starved for light but very minimal loss I'll attach some pictures let me know what u guys think the best course of action is. Thanks you

Usually I let the small divisions be until the next repot. It's good to let them grow for a bit to a good size and when they have a few roots of their own.
