Who else top waters their Drosera carelessly? Then super bummed out when all the the mucilage is gone and takes for-e-ver to return...

Here I am still waiting most specifically for my D. prolifera nearly 36 hours later... And it's barely putting its' tentacles back into neutral position, lol. I just got this little dude happy again too.

When will I learn?

we top water a lot of stuff way too carelessly LOL

gotta make sure all the bb's are tended to!

Well mine are in pots outside, so they get top watered all the time and do great.

So I'm pretty sure I actually damaged the tentacles while watering. They are the two darker green ones nestled in between the nice dewy ones and emerging leaf on the main plantlet.

I should've clarified that I accidentally fired the stream from the spray bottle opposed to just splashes and watering the plant all over.

Anywayyyy, you'll see it's bounced back since.
