i see in pics ppl got strike from the leaf and the rhizome is still white but mine after 3weeks,the whole leaf turn black till its rhizome.already 2times i tried leaf pulling but nvr had a success.can any1 give me some tips

is the rhizome turning black? the newer the leaf is the better chance you have to get a strike so look for a leaf about 3" long and pull down the more white you get the better.

it takes any were from 4 to 8 weeks to see growth good luck.

That could be the problem sometimes it works and sometime it does not, its always better to use a new leaf. Do you have them under grow lights? if so try to give them 14 to 16 hours of light. keep the soil moist not wet and never let it dry out to much.
