I’m seeing this pearl like growth inside my plant’s rosette and wondering if it is a growing flower.

How Long does it take to grow out?

First time VFT owner (10 months so far) here so please bear with me.

I'm not seeing a flower stalk either, just new traps growing.
However, if it does happen to be a flower stalk, I would suggest cutting it when it gets about 2 or 3 inches long.
Stalks take a lot of energy from the mother VFT, so you'd actually be doing it a favor. Don't throw it away though. Put it cut side down in the moss and there's a chance you'll get strikes in a couple of months.

Just to close the loop.
