So i have three VFT plants and all three of them were doing great 5 days ago.
i started to see black leafs and now the condition is getting worse.
Can these photos help in any way on what it might causing it?
i was thinking overwatering so i didn't water them for the past 2 days.
Is it sunburn? Any thoughts?

It seems like they dried out from being too dry. They don't like too be waterlogged, but they need to always be kept a little moist. If they completely dry out they will start to suffer. Give them some water and they will put out some new growth. while the burnt growth will die back.

For me, Venus Flytraps don't seem to mind being kept wetter than usual. That might be because of the heat in my climate though.

They didn't dry out, they are severely sunburned.

Believe it or not if you just leave them where they were and keep their soil moist but not wet they will bounce back. Takes a ton of patience though, it will take many months.

No that definitely looks like it dried out. I just had the soil of one of my plants dry out a bit too much and it looked exactly like that. Blackened and pale yellow traps with only a few green leaves in the center. But either way, they should still bounce back pretty easily with proper care.

Agree
Look at the moss-sticks, also brown.
So overwatering is out of the question.
Sunburn maybe and dried out.
As stated above, leave them where they are as long as they get lots of sunshine and keep them moist, not wet.

I'd go buy some long fiber sphagnum moss and repot them in bigger pots or a red Solo cup or tumbler with a hole in the bottom. The pots are too small and if roots are coming out of the bottom, it's probably getting too hot.
I agree they look burned. The new growth is mostly ok. And yes give it lots of sunlight. It will recover
