What kind of sundews do you have? Many don't need stratification.

35-40 degrees F would work; I generally sow the seeds in the pot I'm going to germinate them in (has to have drainage holes), put the whole pot in a small water tray, and then put both the pot and the water tray in a ziploc bag and stick it in the fridge for three months, checking it weekly for signs of fungus, to cycle the air in the bag, and to spray the top of the soil mix gently with a water bottle if needed.
