I recently harvested and planted 50 seeds yesterday into some plastic cups. i put about 12-13 seeds in each cup, each of which have a 4 inch diameter. I was wondering if there was enough room to germinate all of those seeds without them overcrowding?
And is long fiber sphagnum moss ok for germination as well? sorry bout all the questions lol

The pots should provide enough room for the seeds for at least the first year or two of their lives. And I don't like long fiber sphagnum moss as a germination medium because of the fact that the surface is so uneven and the seeds can fall down deep into the moss never to be seen again. A nice mix of sand and peat is better in my opinion.

Yea, i figured that LFS wasnt the best thing around for me to use, but it was all my local Lowe's had that wasnt miracle gro or something. im also a little confused on sunlight needs. Is direct sunlight (without cooking the seeds) better for germantion or is strong indirect light better?
