I am pretty new to growing these plants and I am definitely interested in using the seed bank soon. I am wondering tho about these drosera big pink crosses.

Drosera capensis "Big Pink" x (Hercules x self)

Drosera (x Hercules x self) x D. Capensis "Big Pink)
I am wondering What exactly would be the difference in these plants?

Dionea Muscipula FTS OP
And one more question what does the OP stand for? Thank you

There's not going to be much difference in the Capes, it's just listing the mother (first) and the father (second). At least I think it's that way. Reports of germination from both crosses are mostly Big Pinks or Hercules, with a few Albino or typical thrown in. However, reports are about 5% are turning out with traits of both Hercules and Big Pink.
The OP in names means open pollinated. Meaning that they could have self pollinated or may have had insect help by cross pollinating. Those particular seeds came from Matt, the owner of this forum, and, while hey will officially be typical, could be any combination of genes, and display traits from any one of his billions of plants.
