I don't remember the traps making double Flower stems or even 2 flower bulbs on one stem.
Is this common to occur?

I have 2 Carolina Red Traps blooming so I think I will cross them and see if there is much variation in the crosses.

A Maroon Monster gave me two flower stalks last spring (and both stalks subsequently produced strikes). So, two flower stalks from a single plant probably isn't rare, but it certainly is an interesting curiosity. Haven't had two separate flower bulbs on one stem yet.

Thanks Secretariat73
These fly traps are maturing also. They are 3 to 4 years old and just coming out of dormancy.
Maybe they are just happy?
