So I've bought my first ever (young) Venus FlyTrap a couple of weeks ago and tried to put it straight away into Dormancy but I noticed that we're already start of December and nothing is really happening (Picture below shows all thats happened so far). What does this mean? What will happen if my VFT fails Dormancy? Should I worry?

It's not too late to put it into dormancy. We still have December, January and February. If you get cold winters, consider putting it into an unheated garage. Ive had the most success this way. But regardless, it should be placed in a cold location that gets sunlight (not in the house!). If you don't have cold winters then a fridge dormancy may be required. If you give it these conditions it wont fail dormancy. Just give it time!
