As I’m tending to my D Bernard this evening, I notice a curious sight. The leaf or petiole (still trying to learn the terminology) is laying separate from the crown. Does this happen on occasion? It was not like this yesterday. The end with tentacles is just beginning to turn a light yellowish green. I plan on water germing it to see if it will propagate..

Hmm.. okay interesting.. I will check the soil tomorrow. They are freshly planted, inside on a grow shelf with artificial lighting and covered to help acclimate to new surroundings. They all seem very happy otherwise. I found a 2nd leaf like this again today during inspection.
