I got some stratified cobra lily seeds 3 weeks ago and I finally saw some change. It started to just turn a little green. It was hard to notice. Is this just moss mold or anything harmful to the seeds? Or are they finally starting to grow?

I keep them in a little plastic container with sphagnum peat moss with lots of water to keep the soil moist. They get about 7 hours of artifical light and 2 hours of indirect sunlight. I put food film on top to keep on the moisture in.
