Not to worry about the poor little guy on the left. Though this Fused Tooth has decided to lose all its leaves since late October, it's very much alive or should I say asleep

The overnight lows has been hitting about -3 to -4 degrees Celcius for nearly a week now in Burnaby, BC and so far this winter home for my Carnivorous Bog Bowl has been holding its own. Inside the mini greenhouse it's been consistantly 3 degrees Celcius above the actual outdoor temperature which leaves the temperature perfect for dormancy growing. At times I do set a cardboard sheet above the mini greenhouse to alleviate the harsh clear night chill, thus stabilizing the inside temperature by an extra degree above. I'll eccept 0 to -1 degrees Celcius inside the mini greenhouse. Anything lower for a longer period of time such as a deep freeze as experienced nearly a month ago will result in bringing the bowl temporarily indoors. During milder weather when it showers, I do bring out the bowl for a few hours for a natural watering. Meanwhile, the humidity inside the mini greenhouse which usually sits at about 70-90% helps keep the right moistness throughout the bowl.
