Cilia growth

The cilia on the top left is not grown. Assuming this is a young immature plant will the cilia grow or is this how the trap will be?

Please note the black speck on the far left side of the trap is something on my lens, not the plant.

Since the trap is opened and all the other cilia are extended and not curled in I would assume those cilia are not going to grow anymore. This is based on what I've seen with my plants.
