That cat isn't fat. Don't offend the cat. :) You should see our cat Fluffy, he lives outside and his fur is about 1-2 inches long right now and he's pretty plump.

Aww, reminds me of my cat before he decided to play with my Nepenthes. I sure miss that little freeloader.
(Kidding, I never had a cat, probably never will. Bad allergies)

I like cats, although I think I may be allergic to them. :? But I'd hold a cat even it makes me sneeze and my eyes itch.

Wouldn't work, it's an enzyme in their saliva that most people (me included) are allergic to. There's a Siberian variety that lacks that enzyme, but they're about $2,000.
There's also a food that has additives that inhibit that enzyme production, but it's not 100% effective. I'd hate to get a cat, my family get attached, and the food not work. I'd be suffering for 15 years.

This was our pastel cat, Tangy. He liked rolling around on my daughter's chalk sidewalk art. He went missing, likely lost an argument with a coyote.
