Unless you bought it with a tag specifically saying it's cultivar name, it'll always be a typical. Even if it displays characteristics of a known cultivar.

I would think about propagating it, perhaps by division, and subjecting them to different environments. If the traits stay, I'm sure the ICRA would love a new cultivar.

In my opinion, there's no need for another cultivar that exhibits that trait. There are two that are already named that exhibit that same characteristic and look like the plant in the photo at some times of the year:
Umgekrempelt
MD Buttcheeks

Umgekrempelt originated in Europe and MD Buttcheeks was discovered in the US by Maxim Dolecki.
