Well, when I move there's a window there, and just asking if a flytrap can tell which season it is, because when I first got them, I wasn't thinking right and put them on a window sill facing Southwest. There doing fantastic, but I thought I should put them outside where they belong in the first place. Although, I when they go dormant, and after they wake up, I think I should put them outside for a fresh start. Is that okay to do, or not?

I would just put them outside and let them go dormant, but if necessary, they can go dormant on a windowsill. (You can keep it closed too)
