I have two tiny drosera regia seedlings that aren't doing so well... some of their leaves have turned black for no apparent reason.

There are some bugs in the soil and I'm wondering if its a cause for concern. If they could be hurting my plant, I want to vanquish them. Here is a picture of the bugs taken through a loupe:
