I'm sorry the mail system destroyed your last batch of seeds.
I've had previous problems with USPS and Sarracenia seeds.
Even with cardboard window frame protection, they got squashed.
I could mail them in a padded puffy envelope if you're willing to pick up the envelope cost and postage. Envelope is about $1.00 and postage is about $2.75.

That just might be necessary. My mail is sorted by a steamroller. Here are the poor little vft seeds i just got in the mail today
