Do ALL carnivorous plants (with the exception of water CP`s) have a rhizome sort of thing? If so,is it possible to do divisions from any(land)carnivorous plant?

No, not all CPs have a rhizome. Many do, but some don't. I don't believe that Nepenthes have a rhizome, nor do Drosera. I'm sure there are other species that don't as well. But it is possible to make divisions of plants even without a rhizome.

Pinguicula do not have a rhizome but rather a rosette; a rhizome is a vertically growing stem, pinguicula leaves grow from a center point but not any type of stem. They can, however, form divisions and be divided in a similar manner to venus fly traps.
